Title: NASA Grant and Cooperative Agreement Handbook: Remove Internal Closeout Procedures 
Abstract:

This rule revises the NASA Grant and Cooperative Handbook to remove closeout procedures, which are not regulatory in nature and should not be in the regulation. Closeout procedures will be removed from the regulation but will remain in the Grant Handbook as nonregulatory procedures.
