Title: NASA Grant and Cooperative Agreement Handbook, Whistleblower Procedures 
Abstract: This rule revises the NASA Grant Handbook to implement section 827 of the 2013 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), Enhancement of Whistleblower Protection for Contractor Employees. The new regulation will add policy, procedures for filing and investigating complaints, remedies, treatment of associated costs, and grant provisions to protect employees of grantees who participate in whistleblower activities such as reporting misconduct, abuse of authority, or alleged violations under NASA grants.
