| Title: NASA FAR Supplement, Denied Access to NASA Facilities | |
|
Abstract:
Recent events, especially the Government shutdown in October 2013, have revealed a need for NASA to more precisely specify and differentiate between conditions when contractor employees may be denied access to their work location which is in a NASA facility. This will be accomplished though a new clause, "Denied Access to NASA Facilities." This rule will delete clause 1852.242-72, "Observance of Legal Holidays," with alternates, and replace it with clause 1852.242-72, "Denied Access to NASA Facilities." |
