| Title: ●Award Term | |
|
Abstract:
NASA is proposing to revise the NFS to implement policy addressing the use of "award terms” or additional contract periods of performance for which a contractor may earn for sustained superior performance, the Government has an on-going need for the requirement, and funds are available for the additional period of performance. The purpose of the policy is to provide a non-monetary incentive in the form of an award term for contractors whose sustained performance has been excellent or superior. |
