Title: NASA Far Supplement: Remove NFS Clause 1852.243-71, NASA Shared Savings  
Abstract:

NASA is issuing a direct final rule to remove NASA FAR Supplement (NFS) clause 1852.243-71, NASA Shared Savings from the NFS. A review of the regulations has determined that NFS clause 1852.243-71 has served its original purpose and contains essentially the same requirements found in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.248-1, Value Engineering.
