Title: Revisions to NASA's Mentor Protégé Program 
Abstract:

NASA is finalizing amendments to the NASA Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (NFS) to reflect the following updates to NASA’s Mentor Protégé Program (MPP): the location of the operating office; the signatory requirements for the signed letter of endorsement; credit received towards subcontracting goals requirements; MPP reporting requirement frequency and clerical, semantic improvements.
