Abstract:

National Aeronautics and Space Administration will issue a final rule amending the NASA Federal Acquisition regulation Supplement (NFS) to conform to changes to title 10 of the U.S. Code pursuant to a section of the William M.(Mac) Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2021 (Pub. L. 116-283).
