Title: VA Acquisition Regulation: Title and Reference Updates 
Abstract: This rule amends the Department of Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) to: Update office names and job titles due to administrative changes within the Department; correct references and typographical errors; deletes obsolete material; delete material which duplicates material in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR); and to revise and update section numbers and titles to correspond with the FAR.
