Title: Grants to States for Construction and Acquisition of State Home Facilities 
Abstract: This rule amends the Department of Veterans Affairs regulations concerning State homes. VA provides funds to States for projects for the construction, acquisition, or renovation of State veterans nursing homes and State veterans domiciliaries. This rulemaking requests comments regarding what regulations should be established with respect to the priorities for awarding State home grants for construction, acquisition, or renovation.
