Title: Presumptions of Service Connection for Certain Disabilities and Related Matters 
Abstract: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is reorganizing and rewriting in plain language its regulations on presumptions of service connection for certain disabilities and related matters. These revisions are a part of VA's rewrite and reorganization of all of its adjudication regulations in a logical, claimant-focused, and user-friendly format. The intended effect of the revisions is to assist claimants and VA personnel in locating and understanding these general provisions.
