| Abstract: This document proposes to amend the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) adjudication rules that concern the award and administration of VA benefits to incarcerated veterans, their dependents, and fugitive felons; the award and administration of compensation to certain incompetent veterans; and the apportionment of benefits to dependents. These revisions are proposed as part of VA's rewrite and reorganization of all of its compensation and pension regulations in a logical, claimant-focused, and user-friendly format. | |
