Title: Duties of VA; Rights and Responsibilities of Claimants and Beneficiaries 
Abstract: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is reorganizing and rewriting in plain language provisions applicable to duties of VA and the rights and responsibilities of claimants and beneficiaries. These revisions are a part of VA's rewrite and reorganization of all of its compensation and pension rules in a logical, claimant-focused, and user-friendly format. The intended effect of the revisions is to assist claimants, beneficiaries, and VA personnel in locating and understanding these rules.
