Title: Payments and Adjustments to Payments 
Abstract: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is reorganizing and rewriting in plain language provisions applicable to payments and adjustments to payments. These revisions are a part of VA's reorganization of all of its compensation and pension regulations in a logical, claimant-focused, and user-friendly format. The intended effect of the revisions is to assist claimants and VA personnel in locating and understanding these rules.
