Title: Enrollment and Copayments 
Abstract: This document proposes to amend VA’s "Medical" regulations regarding determinations concerning eligibility for enrollment in the VA health care system and for purposes of determining when a veteran is required to make copayments for such health care. This is intended to more fully reflect statutory authority and to make the regulations more efficient.
