Abstract: This document amends the Department of Veterans AffairsÂ’ (VA) medical regulations for the Foreign Medical Program, Hospital Care and Medical Services in Foreign Countries, by making several non-substantive changes. Specifically, an authority citation is corrected, obsolete material is removed, and section numbers are redesignated. These changes are made for accuracy and clarity.
