Title: Specially Adapted Housing and Special Home Adaptation 
Abstract: This document amends the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) adjudication regulations regarding specially adapted housing and special home adaptation to incorporate certain provisions from the Veterans Benefits Act of 2003, the Veterans Benefits Improvement Act of 2004, the Veterans Housing Opportunity and Benefits Improvement Act of 2006, and the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008. These amendments are necessary to conform the regulations to the statutory provisions.
