Abstract: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) proposes to amend its adjudication regulations regarding service connection of dental conditions for treatment purposes. We propose to state more specifically when a rating decision regarding service connection for dental conditions will be provided by VA Veterans Benefits Administration.
