Title: Terminology Amendments
Abstract: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is amending its regulations to reflect nonsubstantive terminology changes relating to eligibility for compensation or dependency and indemnity compensation. VA is amending 38 CFR parts 3 and 4 to be consistent with section 502 of the Veterans' Housing Opportunity and Benefits Improvement Act of 2006, Public Law 109-233.
