| Abstract: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is amending its regulations concerning the reimbursement of medical care and services delivered to veterans for non-service connected conditions. This rule will amend part 17 of title 38 CFR to add a new section 17.109, barring offsets by third-party payers and establishing, instead, a process by which third-party payers will submit claims for refunds of amounts owed due to previous overpayments. | |
