Abstract: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is amending its regulations concerning fire safety in Community Residential Care, contracts for certain outpatient and residential services, and State home facilities to update the standards for VA approval of such facilities, including standards that would be adopted for fire safety and heating and cooling systems.
