Title: Post-9/11 GI Bill--Marine Gunnery Sergeant John David Fry Scholarship
Abstract: To update the Post-9/11 GI Bill regulations to include the provisions of the Marine Gunnery Sergeant John David Fry Scholarship (Fry Scholarship). The Fry Scholarship expands the eligibility criteria to include children of active duty members of the Armed Forces who die in the line of duty after September 10, 2001.
