Title: ●Community Residential Care Background Checks
Abstract: This regulation will give the VA authority to require Federal background checks for providers, staff and non-consumer residents employed at or residing in Community Residential Care facilities or Medical Foster Homes. These regulations will improve safety and help prevent the abuse, neglect and/or financial exploitation of veterans in these residential settings.
