Title: ●Health Care for Homeless Veterans Program 
Abstract: This proposed rule would establish regulations for contracting with community-based treatment facilities in the Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) program of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This proposed rule would formalize VA’s policies and procedures in connection with this program, which is designed to assist certain homeless veterans in obtaining treatment from non-VA community-based providers.
