Title: ●VA Homeless Providers Grant and Per Diem Program  
Abstract: We propose to revise and reorganize part 61 of title 38, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), which contains the regulations governing the Department of Veterans AffairsÂ’ (VA) Homeless Providers Grant and Per Diem Program. Many of our current regulations are out-of-date, are unclear, or do not comport with new VA policies regarding the administration of this program. This rulemaking would correct those problems and otherwise rewrite part 61 for clarity and internal consistency.
