Title: Technical Revisions to Conform With the Caregivers and Veterans Omnibus Health Services Act of 2010
Abstract: This final rule amends part 17 of title 38, Code of Federal Regulations, to make legal and technical changes to conform Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) regulations to recent amendments to the statutes that authorize those regulations. The authorizing statutes were amended by sections 511 through 513 of the Caregivers and Veterans Omnibus Health Services Act of 2010 (the Act), 111 Public Law 163. The amendments affect enrollment in certain priority categories and exempt catastrophically disabled veterans from being required to make copayments.
