Abstract: This proposed rule would revise 38 CFR part 39 to incorporate a statutory change that authorizes VA to award grants to Tribal Organizations to establish, expand, improve, operate or maintain Veterans cemeteries on trust lands owned by, or held in trust, for the Tribal Organization.
