Title: Expedited Senior Executive Removal Authority 
Abstract:

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is withdrawing RIN 2900-AP30 from the 2016 Fall Unified Agenda.  If the courts decide and/or rule that VA needs to implement regulations at a later date, we will revisit the regulatory process and issue a new RIN if necessary.
