Title: Recognition of Tribal Organizations for Representation of VA Claimants 
Abstract:

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) withdrew its proposed amendment to its regulations concerning recognition of certain national, State, and regional or local organizations for purposes of VA claims representation.  Specifically, VA seeks to draft a proposed comprehensive solution to the access problem and allow for public comment.
