Title: ●Definition of Unmarked Grave for VA Memorialization Purposes 
Abstract:

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) proposes to revise its regulations related to the provision of government-furnished headstones, markers, and medallions. These proposed revisions would clarify eligibility for headstones, markers, or medallions would reorganize and simplify current regulatory language, and would also define the term unmarked grave to assist VA personnel in making consistent decisions when reviewing claims for headstones or markers.
