Abstract:
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) amends its adjudication regulations regarding submission of documentation in support of a claim for dependency. The intended effect of this rulemaking is to promote efficiency and flexibility in adjudicating claims for dependency by making use of automated rules-based decisions. |
