Title: Servicemembers' Group Life Insurance--Traumatic Injury Protection Amendment 
Abstract:

On March 23, 2021, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) published a supplemental notice of proposed rulemaking (SNPRM) that clarifies VA’s proposed denial of a petition for rulemaking, as set forth in that proposed rulemaking, is a proper subject for the submission of comments and provides a new opportunity for submission of such comments.  This final rulemaking amends VA regulations that govern the Servicemembers’ Group Life Insurance Traumatic Injury Protection (TSGLI) program.
