Title: Equal Participation of Faith-Based Organizations in Veterans Affairs Programs and Activities: Implementation of Executive Order 13831 
Abstract:

This rulemaking amends the Department of Veterans Affairs regulations (and those of the other participating Federal agencies) to implement Executive Order 13831 (Establishment of a White House Faith and Opportunity Initiative). This rule has become effective and its provisions are currently reflected in the CFR.  However, as explained in the discussion of the new RIN 2900-AR23, the Department is considering whether to make further revisions to the CFR in a new rulemaking action in light of the President’s Executive Order 14015, which revoked Executive Order 13831 and made revisions to related Executive Orders.
