Title: Homeless Grant Per Diem Program 
Abstract:

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) adopts as final, a proposed rule to amend its Homeless Providers Grant and Per Diem Program regulations to implement legislation that amended the allowable rate of per diem and established a new rate for homeless veterans who care for a minor dependent. This rule also adopts as final technical corrections and updates to outdated terminology and cross-references.
