Title: VA Homeless Providers Grant and Per Diem Program 
Abstract:

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) amends its Homeless Providers Grant and Per Diem Program regulations to implement legislation amending the allowable rate of per diem and establishes a new rate for homeless veterans who care for a minor dependent. These changes provide additional funding and support for grantees to assist homeless veterans.
