Abstract:
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is withdrawing this regulatory action from the Unified Agenda (UA). In developing the provisions of this regulatory action, it was decided that VA needed more time and additional analyses to clearly articulate the policies and provisions in the rulemaking. Therefore, VA is withdrawing this regulatory action from the UA at this time and it is unknown at this time when VA will reconsider adding it to the UA. |
