Title: Adjudication Regulations to Authorize the Use of Electronic Notification for VA Benefit Claims and Appeals 
Abstract:

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) amends its regulations to permit electronic communication of claims decisions, providing veterans with faster updates on their benefits and claims outcomes. These updates are being made in accordance with section 807 of the Sergeant First Class Heath Robinson Honoring Our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxins Act of 2022 (PACT Act).
