The Department of Veterans Affairs is withdrawing the Proposed Rule that published in the FR (Oct 11, 2024). The reason for withdrawing this proposed rule is that there is current legislation pending that directly impacts this rule and the Department is working to develop a comprehensive approach that addresses this topic and those adherent to. |
