Abstract:
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is withdrawing the Proposed Rule that published in the Federal Register on November 7, 2024 (89 FR 88192). In developing the provisions and polices for the Final rule, VA decided that there is a need to review and analyze potential changes in the administrative and operational functions in the department. Therefore, VA is withdrawing this regulatory action from the UA and will continue to explore opportunities to enhance the functions in the department. |
