Title: ●Updating Hypertension Notes under DC 7101 
Abstract:

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this interim final rule to amend the notes found under diagnostic code (DC) 7101 pertaining to hypertensive vascular disease (hypertension and isolated systolic hypertension). This update will ensure that the VA Schedule for Rating Disabilities (VASRD) aligns with current medical practice.
