| Title: Removal of Duplicative Guidance within Adjudication Regulations | |
|
Abstract:
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) amends its adjudication regulations to remove duplicative guidance found within 38 CFR 3.1009. VA is issuing this final rule to remove an outdated regulation that does not align with current policy based upon Executive Order 14219, which directed the heads of executive departments and agencies to review their regulations and repeal those which are unlawful or impose undue burdens. This final rule removes a VA regulation which is duplicative and, therefore, does not provide useful guidance. |
