Abstract:
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) amends its regulations to provide up to nine months of additional Post-9/11 GI Bill benefits to certain eligible individuals under the Edith Nourse Rogers STEM Scholarship. This rule incorporates the provisions of the Johnny Isakson and David P. Roe Veterans Health Care and Benefits Improvement Act of 2020, which further expanded eligibility for this scholarship. |
