Title: ●Eliminating the Requirement for Laparoscopy to Establish Service Connection for Endometriosis 
Abstract:

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) amends its regulations by removing the note under diagnostic code 7629 requiring an endometriosis diagnosis that is confirmed by laparoscopy. This update will ensure the VA Schedule for Rating Disabilities continues to align with current medical practice and will expedite the process for establishing service connection.
