Abstract:
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) proposes to amend its State home regulations to expand the provision of drugs and medicines to catastrophically disabled veterans for whom VA is paying a per diem for nursing home or domiciliary care in a State home. This will ensure that catastrophically disabled veterans in State homes will have access to needed drugs and medicines. |
