Abstract:
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) proposes to amend its Veteran Readiness and Employment Program regulations pertaining to requirements for determination of reduced work tolerance. VA also proposes to amend its regulations regarding the basic period of eligibility and other eligibility requirements. VA would also expand the list of approved providers that may submit required documentation for more timely processing by the professionals that work closely with the veterans and understand their circumstances. |
