Title: ●Disclosure of Records Under the Freedom of Information Act  
Abstract:

The Access Board  will update its regulations under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), located at 36 CFR part 1120. The Board will revise its existing FOIA regulations to streamline the language of several procedural provisions, incorporate changes required by amendments to the FOIA under the OPEN Government Act of 2007 and the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016, and conform to Department of Justice guidelines for agency FOIA regulations.
