|
Abstract:
The Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled (Committee), which administers the AbilityOne Program, are proposing to clarify the Committee’s authority to delete requirements from the Procurement List and and the ability to reconsider suitability of a Procurement List requirement when the Committee has reason to believe the requirement is no longer suitable or the basis for the original suitability determination has substantially changed.
