Abstract:
The Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled (Committee), which administers the AbilityOne Program intends to amend and update the regulations to address how the Committee oversees and approves subcontracting in the AbilityOne Program as well as when and under which circumstances subcontracting may be appropriate. The amendment will create greater transparency in subcontracting and Committee oversight on Federal contracts. |
