|
Abstract:
The Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled (Committee), which administers the AbilityOne Program are proposing to clarify and amend how the Committee addresses complaints about contract performance, the central nonprofit agencies’ responsibilities to the contracting activity regarding such quality complaints, and the extent of the Committee’s authority to address contract performance quality complaints.
