Abstract:
The Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled (Committee), which administers the AbilityOne Program, intends to rescind 41 CFR 51-7 of the Committee’s regulations. Part 51-7 Procedures for Environmental Analysis implements the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the regulations issued by the Council on Environmental Quality’s (CEQ). The CEQ rescinded the regulations that served as the basis for this Part of the Committee’s regulation, via interim final rule (90 FR 10610) in response to Executive Order (E.O.) 14154, Unleashing American Energy. |
