Title: Amendments to Regulations Permitting Specified Senior Staff of the Commission To Disclose Confidential Information to a Contract Market, Registered Futures Association, or Self-Regulatory Organization 
Abstract: The Commission is proposing to amend regulation 140.72 to permit agency designees to disclose information to exempt commercial markets (ECM) with respect to which the Commission has issued an order finding that a contract traded on the ECM performs a significant price discovery function. In addition, the Commission is proposing to amend regulation 140.73 to eliminate the requirement that disclosures made pursuant to this regulation require the concurrence of the Director of the Division of Enforcement. UPDATE: THIS ITEM IS BEING WITHDRAWN BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN INCORPORATED INTO THE COMMISSION'S DCM CORE PRINCIPLE RULEMAKING AND THE COMMISSION'S PART 40 RULEMAKING
